Human Nature is a holding company. We hold land. We hold it carefully. We invest in places that bring humans back to the wild. Into silence, into the landscapes where the work of recovery and renewal happens slower and lasts.

Standing Stone is the first. The work is residential behavioral health. The place is southern Utah. Cliffs, silence, dark sky. The thesis is portable. Clinical, contemplative, restorative.

We don't build nature. We build for it.

Considered, restrained, in conversation with the land. Materials chosen for permanence, not novelty. We invest in projects where the architecture earns its complexity — every line, every opening, every material justified by the work it serves.

Programs designed for their specific work, not adapted from something else. No retrofitted hotels. No dressed-up wellness. We invest where the operating model is structurally aligned with the thesis from the day the foundation is poured.

Living in the corridor, I came to know what the land does — the cliffs, the silence, the dark sky. The pillars of the work.

Substance use and mental illness have moved through my family and closest friends. Human Nature is the vehicle I built to put real-estate discipline behind missions that need it. Standing Stone is the first.
